2. The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Mode of Refund

1. Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment source
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund processed via bank transfer or store credit

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

1. Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
2. Return request is made after 7 days
3. Product is missing original packaging or tags

Replacement Instead of Refund

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, such as:

2. Wrong item delivered

Order Cancellation Refund

1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours are eligible for a full refund
2. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
