At Memona, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if you need to return an item, please read our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
2. All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
3. Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

1. Used, washed, or damaged products
2. Baby products that have been opened or used
3. Items without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at memonaenterprise@gmail.com
2. Share:
   • Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the product
3. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

Return Shipping

1. Customers may be required to ship the product back
2. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
3. In case of damaged or incorrect items, Memona will arrange return pickup at no cost
